"We loved the JR West VIA Inn Shinsaibashi for so many reasons: the staff was very attentive and helpful, the rooms are spacious, has a mini-fridge, I loved the wet bathroom style that we didn’t know existed, room was very clean and well maintained, even though linens are changed every three days, each day we got clean towels and pajamas. It has 4 washer/dryer machines but we decided to go to a laundry that is 3 blocks away. It was faster and very easy to use. There’s a 24 hr supermarket next...

"Our stay was very nice. Check in was very simple, and they held our bags for us since we were a bit early which allowed us to explore Osaka. The room was a good size and clean. The only negative about the hotel is the location. It is in a really quiet neighborhood and takes a bit of walking to get to any streets worth visiting. We had to take the subway to get to most popular destinations."
