"I like that breakfast is included, though it’s the same options every day. The rooms are quite spacious; however, we were expecting housekeeping at least once during our week-long stay. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel."

"When I went to check in, there was a gentleman there who wanted to stay there paying cash they asked him to put a deposit down and he was so obnoxious, rude, and I would say very demanding and not respectful to the woman whatsoever. The woman checking me in, was very courteous more patient than I would be, and did her job very well. She apologized profusely and she did not at all need to. I enjoyed my stay very much we live in a neighboring town and my husband was having surgery the next morning early so found it very convenient to stay in Fresno rather than wake up two hours early to drive up 45 minutes.. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.."

"We arrived at 3pm for check in, the staff informed us that the room was not clean yet and they will call us when it was ready. We came back around 4 and the staff informed us that the room was still not clean and had dog urine smell in it . We asked if we could get a different room or upgrade and we can pay the difference and they informed us that this was not possible."

"Great hotel for our weekend stay with the kids. Good hot breakfast makes a morning much more relaxing and pool with jacuzzi really elevate it above other places. Will stay again."

"To start, the key cards to our room didn’t work, the front desk attendant had to let us into our room while telling us that “sometimes the batteries die” in the door and that he had no other rooms available. Get to room which had sticky floors, unclean surfaces, and hair still hanging out in the shower. As if all that wasn’t enough the other guests/residents were extremely noisy for a good chunk of the night which included one such individual to knock loudly at our door. If you’re just traveling and looking for a place to stay for the night keep looking. "
