"The entry was dark and dingey. Had a smell. Room had an odor and air conditioner did not work. We didn't stay"

"The hotel was okay. We specifically booked this hotel because of it having a bar but when we got there we were told the bar was closed. The pool was green, not able to swim. We also woke up the next morning to ants being all over the A/C unit and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of urine."

"Do not stay here! This place is an absolute dump! It’s dirty, the smoke alarm was missing in my room, the railings on the walkway were rusty and not safe ! The “breakfast” was a joke (luckily there was a Waffle House next door). It’s overall just disgusting. The absolute worst La Quinta I have ever seen!"

"The hotel stay was good. The hotel was clean, attractive, and breakfast very good. The main issue I have is the forethought from the hotel on requested handicap room. The room was sufficient except there was not thought in the type of bed provided for a handicap room. The mattress height was so high and so it was extremely difficult for my mom r to get in and out of the bed. I had to physically assist her every time she got in and out. In most cases, handicap guests need to be able to sit easily on the bed without climbing in it. The mattress was fine, but the height with box springs was very high. This critique should be considered by the hotel and maybe corporation's guidelines for this type of room. I made my comments known to the front desk clerk, but she did not seem interested in my comment."
