Where to start? Arrive and checked in and was assigned our room (rm# written on the key). We were directed “around back, pool side, second floor”. The facility grounds are overgrown, parking lot is full of broken bottles. To get to the room we had to wade through drunk individuals on the stairs and on the balcony. We arrive to our assigned room to find the door open, lights/tv on, clothing all over the room. We IMMEDIATELY left and requested a refund. We’re told that we had to go through Expedia. Attempted that, Expedia tried to contact the facility only to have them ignore the call while I stood at the window. DO NOT BOOK here. The facility is deplorable, dilapidated and should probably be condemned. Pictures look NOTHING like the actual facility.

There was plenty of parking. The price was reasonable. However, I didn't like my stay there. Towels and blankets had stains. I didn't have internet access from my room. Additionally, I did not like the experience of having to do the check-in outside the hotel from a small window, in the cold. By the way, on the headboard of my bed, there was something written "kill." The room did not look clean.
