The room was clean, modern and more spacious than some other Japan business hotels. Convenience stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby, which made late night meals and quick shopping very easy. We had booked an adjacent room for the 3 of us with an open door between us. We had to call staff twice to get the doors to open. It was a bit frustrating, but we were upgraded for our inconvenience.
