"Fick gratis laundry klart på några tim. Toppenbra! Fina stort rum. Stora sängar. Gratis kaffe och te, i rummet och även i receptionen. Snacks fanns gratis. När vi kom på natten/morgonen så var personalen såå tillmötesgående. Bar upp våra resväskor och fick till rummet välkomstbricka med lite frukter på kinesiskt vis. Hotellet ligger vid bästa hutonggatan Nanluoguxian. Lite Soho över det hela. Bästa restaurangen tycker vi är Heyan Roast Duck på Gulo Dongdajie. T-bana ligger på Nanluoguxian 15 min promenad bort. Förboka besök via guide el likn innan ni besöker Himmelska fridens torg och Förbjudna palatset, annars kommer man inte in. Använd appen Alipay för att betala i affärer mm. Undantagsvis funkar cash RMB."

"Our family recently stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, and overall it turned into a truly memorable experience. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"Great location! Got a room upgrade and loved the room. The towels felt so clean and soft, it was a really nice room. Location was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, we didn’t have to walk far to grab food. The staff was really nice."

"Pool is closed, very old dark building and facility, they had a plumbing repair without notifying us so the water was running brown. Had to stay because I booked non refundable, and the location is central, but there’re TONs of other options steps away within the same price range. Won’t be back."

"The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. There was many shops located along the alley hence it made shopping experience more fun-filled. The hotel also provide laundry service and we are able to get our clothes back by the end of the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel!! "
