The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)"

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and well organized each morning. Wi Fi was fast and reliable the entire stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping stayed consistent and detail focused. The free laundry was a big plus and easy to use. Great value for the price and a convenient location. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "
