"We stayed for 7 days while visiting Kyoto for Fall foliage. The room is very clean and quite with great insulation. The staffs are courteous, patient and helpful with questions. Great walking location to train stations, convenient stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Would book it again next time and recommend to friends or relatives with no hesitation. "

""A"... perhaps "the" classic ryokan. Relaxed (genuine) gracefullness that is not commercial or something you can teach. It is not a material luxury experience (there are many others who fit this expectation), so much as an unintentional unmannicured view into the past of old Kyoto. Very dreamy for me at least!. It felt like returning to my granny's house in post war Setayaga. Special. There are exceptional people among the staff whose heart beats echo mine and that era."

"Location is convenient with a metro station and a Family mart next door to the property. A larger supermarket is within a short walking distance too. Many restaurants options nearby. Great breakfast at the property. Very polite and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!!"

"I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo! "

"Good stay, for the price it was a great find. The room was nice but needed maintenance in terms of paint/carpet other than that it was very clean. It has a nice very view, our favorite part was the location. It was a walkable distance to many things in Kyoto. Nishiki Market is one notable space and Kawaramachi-dori Street. Easy access to bus stations and train stations. Would recommend. "

"We LOVE this hotel! It is conveniently located and has incredible amenities like free coffee, tea, juice, bread and croissants 24 hours a day! There is a record player with a great vinyl record library and a wide assortment of games to play while you relax in the comfy chairs and sofas. We highly recommend it!"

"I thought the environment and the staff were very friendly and cozy. It’s a short walk from any convenience store and Nishiki market is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. The onsen is definitely a plus after a long day of walking. "
