The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, offering maximum comfort to every guest. Five modern bathrooms, four of which have showers, ensure sufficient privacy and convenience for all vacationers.



The American kitchen is a highlight for gourmets and hobby cooks. Equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and much more, it invites people to cook and enjoy together. Additional kitchen appliances such as toaster, electric kettle, and juicer complete the equipment.



The outdoor area is a true paradise: An 80 m² terrace with garden furniture, grill, and fenced property offers perfect conditions for shared family moments. The private pool measuring 6x4 meters invites relaxation and splashing and provides breathtaking views of the sea, pool, and garden.
