Great Place

Super clean and modern apartment. No on the sea, but only a minute walk away. Good dining options nearby, and super Brach five minute drive away.

Little room with "some" ocean view balcony which is nice. Bed is not very comfortable. The air conditioner is very noisy and we have to turn it off so we can sleep. The washroom with disgust smell when we entered... we closed the door and the smell disappeared until the next morning. We reserved the room through Hotels.com - Please notice that they ONLY accept cash but no credit card when check out...

Skønt sted direkte ved vandet.

Utroligt dejligt sted, hvor vi fik en varm velkomst. Værelset var stort med en ualmindelig skøn stor overdækket balkon med udsigt til vandet. Der var gode køkkenfaciliteter og et dejligt badeværelse. Ca. 15 min. kørsel fra Zibenik by, som helt bestemt er et besøg værd.

schöne Unterkunft in 2.Reihe

War für uns nur ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach MNE, Anreise am späten Nachmittag, sehr netter Empfang, großer abgesperrter Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer. Da noch in der Vorsaison (Mai) kein Frühstücksbuffet, haben aber Kaffee und Croissant für kleines Geld aufs Zimmer bekommen.

Very nice apartment on a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Vila Rosa. The hosts were very friendly and the appartment was clean and spaceous and it had a nice terrace with a view on the sea and Krapanj. Good location to visit the beautiful city of Sibenik by car.

A wonderful place to stay

Villa Rosa exceeded our expectations in every way. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, given assistance parking our car on site and shown to our suite. The suite itself contained a small foyer off the entry hall that led into a central kitchen area outfitted with a good sized fridge and all the other amenities we needed. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were all accessed from the central kitchen. The linens in the bedroom were all wonderfully crisp and fresh and the bed had been made up with extra "decorator" pillows that showed someone really cared. The bathroom had a sink with vanity separated from the toilet and shower. All kitchen and bathroom fixtures were top of the line and looked brand new and the entire suite was spotless. The balcony had a view of the water and we sat out there to enjoy cocktails prior to going to dinner. Adjacent to Villa Rosa was a top end restaurant also with a view of the water. It was great not to have to jump in the car to go for dinner. The WiFi was excellent and strong enough to "Face Time" our grandchildren. Our only regret was that we only had time to stay two nights.

Bestes Quartier unserer Kroatienreise

Tolles Appartement, welches wir für zwei Nächte, als Ausgangspunkt für unseren Ausflug in den Krka NP nutzten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in ein tolles kleines Appartement gebracht. Es war sehr sauber, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Einen Punkt Abzug beim Komfort gibt es dafür, dass das Duschwasser leider nur für eine Person reicht und die zweite einiger Zeitverzögerung duschen muss, wenn es warm sein soll. Alles in allem aber die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 10 Tage Reise durch Kroatien. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Nice apartment close to waterfront

We booked an apartment with sea view in this small family-run hotel in Brodarica. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a large balcony (with view of Krapanj island). The hotel is just 30 metres from the waterfront, and about 5 minutes walk from the ferry to Krapanj. There are a number of restaurants, two local supermarkets and a bakery close to the hotel, with other restaurants and bars further along the waterfront.

Never coming back

Really disappointing stay in Villa Rosa. The response of the hosts was very unprofessional and very unfriendly when we asked them if it was possible not to leave our Passports behind in some desk (we aren't even allowed to do so by our governement). After that they weren't even willing to clean up the room, which was however really spacious and neat. No word was spoken to us; except when it came to the point that they could earn money. When we asked them about check out, they 'forgot to tell us that their ATM was out of order and had to pay the full amount in cash (which we of course not had in our pockets due to the high amount). Overall we had a really disappointing stay at Villa Rosa, not at least due to the neighbourhood of Brodarica (terrible boring and desolate village, with a total lack off a decent beach or restaurant). Would totally not recommend to stay at Villa Rosa or Brodarica.

Hôtel très propre

Rue calme Petit déjeuner parfait avec crêpes, viennoiseries locales, différents gâteaux et pain. Les pots de Nutella et confiture étaient à disposition, en plus des parts individuelles. Nous avons été surclassés car l'établissement était vide

A good base to see Sibenik and the Krka National Park which are both a few miles away and easy to drive to. Villa Rosa was quiet and secluded, but it was almost empty being the end of season. There is a small supermarket about 200 yards away and a restaurant round the corner. There was initially no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom area (although the shower was not affected). This was rapidly solved when pointed out to the proprietor.

Der Empfang war ausserordentlich liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Infos über Restaurants und die Umgebung. Das Appartement war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr hübsch, sehr gepflegt wirklich topp. Wir gehen jederzeit gerne wieder hierhin.
