No dislikes with anything at the Dukes and always love staying there. Bed superbly comfortable. One little niggle not quite ready for winter duvets but forgot to ask for something lighter

The family room overlooking the sea on the second floor was spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of little extras in the room to make us feel welcome. The Inn's accommodation is above a large and busy restaurant, which was cheery, not leery, and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Dukes. The staff were really warm and welcoming from start to finish. My husband remembers staying at Dukes when he was a child and wanted to share this with our children. Our only issue was that the room was very hot, but we were going through a heatwave, so that can't be helped. But maybe some fans in the room would have been helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

An excellent experience in every way: warm welcome, pleasant room with sea view, dinner reservation at short notice, generous menu (dinner and breakfast) with quality ingredients and friendly service. Check-out arrangements were so easy and the car could remain on site for an extended time whilst we continued to enjoy our day in Sidmouth. The “help yourself “ sweetie bar was a generous touch and much appreciated.

Excellent Hotel. Great staff and good parking onsite if available. The breakfast was really good and a reasonable price. Terrific place if you want to do the Coastal walk as the bus stop is just up the road and the walk brings you back past the hotel. Evening food was a reasonable price and good quality.

Every member of staff was friendly and accommodating from management to the bar and waiting staff. Room was very clean and spacious with great sea views. Bed was very comfy with lovely linen sheets. Great buffet breakfasts with plenty options.
