"Room was dirty. Shower didn’t drain. Could not turn down or adjust thermostat. Had to crack open window to try and cool room down. Bed sagged in the middle and sounded like something was broken every time my wife or I rolled over it made a loud popping sound and we are not big people. Didn’t try breakfast because we were just ready to get out of there. "

"Facility was clean and rooms good. No workout room. Breakfast OK, but juice was watered down."
