Vacation home "Weinstraße42"

  • The house is about 300 years old, was completely renovated inside in 2017, and has approximately 130 square meters of living space. Spread over two floors, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV.

    The kitchen is very well-equipped and features a spacious dining area.
    A cozy sofa nook is located in the entryway.

    The house includes a garden shed where you can enjoy our small park in a peaceful setting.
    Bicycles and 2–3 cars can be parked in the courtyard directly in front of the house.

    Only suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12 under certain conditions:
    There is a fountain in the garden, the robotic lawn mower runs daily, and the property borders a stream.
    We have repeatedly found that parents fail to fulfill their duty of supervision in this environment.

super schön gepflegter garten. Eindrucksvolles uraltes haus, liebevoll renoviert. Lage mitten im weindorf, leider ist die straße vor dem haus morgens etwas laut. Kommunikation mit vermieterin im vorfeld perfekt. Toll fanden wir die 3 Bäder. Gewünscht hätten wir uns eine mikrowelle. Und statt einer waschmaschine lieber eine spülmaschine. Vemieterin super professionell und unaufdringlich freundlich. Alles in allem wunderschöne tage

Einfach ein klasse Aufenthalt!☺️

Super schöne Ferienunterkunft zum Wohlfühlen für eine Gruppe oder Familie. Wir sind bei bestem Wetter im wunderschönen Garten gesessen. Die Unterkunft lässt mit drei Bädern, der großen geräumigen Küche und dem Garten wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Paradiesgarten

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist in guter Qualität vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und unser vierjähriger Enkel war restlos begeistert vom Spielplatz, der 200 Meter entfernt liegt. Unsere ganze Familie, Großeltern, Kinder und Enkel, hat die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Topempfehlung!

Super Location in der Pfalz für Fahrradtouren

Eine Ferienwohnung in einer topp Lage für Ausflüge/ Aktivurlaub. 3 getrennte Wohneinheiten mit je einem Bad, ideal für 3 Paare, wie wir es waren. Ideal ist auch der riesige, schöne Garten mit altem Baumbestand, wo wir abends sitzen konnten und den einen oder anderen VDP Wein verkosten konnten (ein VDP Weingut ist 100 Meter entfernt). Wir haben drei ÜN in der Pfalz mit Fahrrad- und Wandertouren gehabt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einschlägigen Radrouten, wo aber auch der Strassenverkehr wahrnehmbar ist. An Fewo direkt: bitte deutlicher schreiben, dass es in Siebeldingen ist und nicht Frankweiler. Macht die Anreise einfacher. Sehr nette Besitzer mit Stil, die sehr hilfsbereit sind und einen anderen Teil des alten Ensembles bewohnen. Das passt alles insgesamt und wir hatten viel Spass!

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

FeWo mit viel Charme und Komfort. Geschmackvoll renovierte Räume in einem alten Winzerhaus. Ein traumhafter großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Und die Region hat viel zu bieten: Wandern und Radfahren, Essen und Trinken. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
