Very kind and helpful hotel staff. Secure bike storage inside of the building. Nice view from the 7th floor. They were able to provide gluten free bread / Brötchen for breakfast. Unfortunately the room and wellness part (pool and sauna) were not clean enough.

Good stopover

Great place for a stopover. Buffet breakfast was varied and good. We hadn’t realised that the hotel is in the low emission zone and fines are possible if you don’t have a sticker in advance (obv not the hotel’s fault)

Es war grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel und 3 Sterne passen. Für den Preis vollkommen okay. Leider hatten wir keine Badewanne im Zimmer wie gebucht und das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich auch nicht wirklich Mühe gegeben für unsere Beschwerde. Frühstück war in Ordnung, man hätte sich nur etwas besonderes gewünscht, wie Lachs oder Mett etc. Sauna hatte leider erst ab 17 Uhr auf und das Wasser vom Schwimmbad war wirklich kalt. Aussicht von der oberen Etage mit dem Wellness war super. Das gratis Babybett stand bei Ankunft ohne weitere Anfrage im Zimmer parat. Einen Safe gab es auf dem Zimmer auch.

Mittlerweile hat sich einiges getan. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert. Neue Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Super Sache. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln auf dem Zimmer. Super Frühstück wie immer. Aber : Die Betten könnten langsam auch mal neu inklusive der Matratzen. Und : Nach vier vor kein Restaurant und keine Bar geöffnet. Das ist echt schade.

Wir kommen gern wieder, aber lieber im Winter!

Es war leider zu kurz, aber sehr schön. Wir kommen gern wieder. Manche Leute stören die Rettungswagen. Uns haben diese nicht gestört, weil diese Menschenleben retten. Gestört hat uns allerdings sehr, dass die ganze Welt Klimaanlagen in den Hotelzimmern hat, wir jedoch bei über 30°C in der Nacht fast erstickt sind, weil in Siegen wohl die Planer zurückgeblieben sind. Das Hotel ist höchstens 3***. Bei 4**** hat ein Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer zu sein.

Ein Wochenende in Siegen

Eigentlich ein schönes, zentralgelegenes Hotel mit Pool, das aber momentan modernisiert wird. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr lecker.
