This property was excellent. 5 star worthy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant had amazing food. Spa was clean and had excellent staff. Really enjoyed our stay .

This place is true 5 star luxury. Place is immaculate, beautifully decorated, has great facilities and what can I say about the staff - they truely go above and beyond and keep guest experience at the forefront of everything they do. A special call out to the restaurant manager Rin who especially embodies this. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay, I would absolutely stay there again (and again)!

Amazing place to stay while in Cambodia. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even made us an early breakfast before the restaurant was open prior to her flight. Absolutely great place to stay and I highly recommended it.

We had a great stay. Location is good, in a quiet part of town, but not too far from all the action. Pool was nice to cool off. Special mention to staff: Sreykea was amazing, always smiling, friendly and making our stay special.

This hotel and the staff were fantastic from the day we arrived until we left. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks, everyone so helpful, kind and always smiling. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was a good start to each day as well as the picnic breakfast for our sunrise tour day. Lovely pool which is long enough to swim a few laps! We also enjoyed the Aspara dance show and the hotel’s spa. Highly recommended.

The staff was incredibly kind, rooms were clean. On the opposite side of the river (quieter, but fewer dining options, but pub street a short walk or tuk tuk ride away). Room is clean, but probably due for an update. Pool is nice, but if you’re going to use the pool, suggest a pool access room.

My family are very happy to return after 8 years and found it to be the same great hotel we remembered. The staff are very helpful and kind about every aspect of the services they offer. The breakfast is excellent and everything is maintained with great care. The hot stone massage and aroma therapy massage are awesome too. We are definitely coming back to Golden Temple Retreat in the future!

I highly recommend this place! Everybody is friendly and helpful. They anticipate your needs and wishes and are always ready to make your stay even better. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a romantic stay. The restaurant offers a wide variety of foods and cooking classes! I loved visiting the Spa, they have nice range of treatments and the masseuses are awesome! The hotel is just 5 min walk from the night market and the old market. In that area yon’ll find lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. This place is a real gem. Do not miss it!

I have stayed at the golden temple retreat 3 times and each time it gets better and better. It is top notch. They go above and beyond. For my birthday the stff beautify decorated my room and then the entire staff came to my room to sing happy birthday to me. Very special to me as its also the day, 1 year ago, i had open heart surgery the day befour my 55th birthday. If you dont stay at the golden temple you woud be making a mistake. Rooms are beautiful, tub and showers are amazing.best hotel ever!

The hotel is lovely and a great base for Siam Reap. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center. Room and breakfast exceptional . Service was top notch, especially Nat at reception. They know your name. Problem is it was low season and there was too much staff so it was a bit hovering. They will also arrange ankor wat tours and the prices didn’t seem too overcharged - we did on own. The one concern is we had pickup from the airport. While the price at $30 is good, it was a 1960s American car and we felt it was unsafe.

Very nice hotell with excelent location just a 3 min Tuk Tuk tour to Pub Street. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool. The staff was so nice, and gave excellent service. The hotel arranged a Angkor Wat tour for us with a privat english speaking guide, in a airconditioned minibus. We were 8 adults and 1 child, and payed $495 for the whole trip including the Angkor Wat tickets. This trip was 10 out of 10, and we recommend this very much.
