Fantastic stay at the Rambutan Resort

A fantastic small hotel & resort with very friendly staff off the main street and close to the market and restaurant. Delicious breakfast, cocktails and pool food. Quiet and large pool to relax after coming back from the temples. Even provided a breakfast box wjen we left at 4:30 am for sunrise at Angkor Wat. Really enjoyed our stay and would not stay anywhere else!

This is a pleasant place to stay in Siem Reap. Don't expect an upscale Western-style resort hotel, but this is Cambodia. The rooms are just fine, the pool nice and relaxing, and the staff friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated how well prepared they were to make arrangements for a guide and transportation to the Angkor Wat ruins.

Small Oasis in Siem Reap

Rambutan Hotel was excellent. The room was very unique. It was two floors with a private balcony. The pool and outdoor lounge was also very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange private drivers to tourist sites and airport pick up and drop off. I would recommend Rambutan Hotel.

This was the perfect spot for our short stay. Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff. Clean room. Bathtub on balcony was a plus. Really good coffee and cocktails. One minor point is that there could be more veggie/vegan breakfast options and portion sizes. Close to temples (by tuktuk), restuarants/pub Street (walkable). Highly recommend!

Staff were kind and friendly. The restaurant was open air under the roof and comfortable in the dry season. Breakfast was not buffet, but had a lot of variety to choose. Hotel’s tuktuks were around, convenient and also we felt easy not worrying about the price or the destination because the reception told the driver everything.

This resort is amazing! It was delightful experience from start to finish. The Rambutan exudes a cozy, homey atmosphere and that immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, we enjoyed getting to know them personally during our stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the templates. The pool area was a serene spot to relax and unwind and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals that highlighted local flavors. We hope to return one day!

The most perfect hotel to ever exist! Must stay!

I can quite honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Everyone should stay here. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to be helpful in any way you could need. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city with access to everything you could want. And yet when you enter it is a literal oasis between the pools and our 2 story villa. And bonus was you cannot hear the city noise at all, such a peaceful place to escape to after spending the day exploring. A huge advantage was we were able to book our tours through the hotel and charge all our tours on our final hotel bill. Also the spa was incredible, the perfect place to go unwind with the kindest staff. I cannot recommend Rambutan enough, it’s the perfect place for everyone! Oh and you have to make sure to get breakfast everyday, the food was absolutely delicious at their restaurant!

We loved this place so much that we cancelled our other stays and extended here: they are amazing staff, great cook and just a beautiful lush oasis of rooms around the gardens/pool. They had drivers and services from the hotel to all the activities so all safe and no scams. I wanted to stay there forever .
