If you don’t mind walking up the stairs to the fourth floor (I didn’t), it’s a really nice accommodation. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great, just 3 minutes from the square and Palazzo Pubblico. My room was nicely renovated and had a spacious and comfortable bathroom.
This is a great place! I had to book last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean and spacious room, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator (I don’t think all rooms have the same features, so check). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower.
Location is minutes from the main square, but it was very quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend!!
Lovely spacious apartment on 5th floor with lift and super views. Very central. Clean and well maintained.

way way waaaay :-) top floor! too much conferance calls during the day and a few minor issues with bathroom needing repair but cool host i guess nobody cuts a pilgrim a break in this former catholic country now so awesome to pay top dollar every night now a days cheers thanks though i slept well even though the led!!!light never actually shuts totally off.
The “hotel” is clean and the staff is nice. It’s really just a few rooms at the top of the building so be ready to climb many stairs (pack light). The location is very convenient as you are near everything.
It is very well situated, very clean. You just need to know that the hotel is at the top floor and that you need to climb around 100 stairs. So travel light.
Other than that, very good property and very nice staff.
The property was amazing and the staff was extremely accommodating. We had to check in after hours due to a train delay and the staff made that process seamless. The photos did not do the room justice! The balcony over the medieval alleyway was a sublime place to rest after a long day exploring everything the old city has to offer. It was a 1minute walk (if that) to the Piazza del Campo and a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. With numerous bars and restaurants at your finger tips it was easy to feel as if you were a local. Yet, it's location one street away from the main street made it easy to escape the noise of the bustling tourist area. I stayed here with my fiancee and it was one of the most romantic stats of our lives. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be staying here again when we return to Siena for more of La Dolce Vita!
The so-called hotel is located on the top floor of an apartment building. They just converted one of the apartments into a place to rent. The room looks very basic, with strong smell of chlorine with makes it feel like you are in a hospital. The bed is ok but the pillows are like flat pancakes and I couldn’t sleep. The walls are so thin that you can hear noises from next room as someone is banging your head.
The positives - nice and friendly staff to welcome you at reception, nice location - minute from the main attractions while the place is on a very quiet street. Very clean room and bathroom in a very good condition and shiny clean.
Best location in centro of Siena!!!! Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of San Francisco church.
Definitely recommend

We used 4 different properties over our 8 day visit to Tuscany, all of similar value and this ranked last.
There was no breakfast provided, or coffee although water is
The room was basic although the beds and bedding were comfortable.could do with a lamp rather than bright central light.
The 74 stairs to reception were not completely clear in the description.
Staff were polite.place was clean, smelt of bleach.
There are 74 steps on the stairs to the hotel. great workout after eating before going to bed. No issue for us. No morning coffee available, nor breakfast, umbrellas available thank you very much, The staff friendly. Parking was difficult. Don't stop at the first one, expensive and 1.2 km steep hill walk, rather continue around to the area near the stadium where any white lined parking spaces are free. However, read the signs for street cleaning and have your vehicle moved to a free Parking lot with white lines off the road the evening before, because you may not find a spot in the morning of street cleaning. Towing + fine.
