A historic treat

How often do you get to stay in a hotel in a building started in the 1200's. The place was obviously quirky but that is what you would expect. However, everything worked and the staff were great.
Our room was obviously part of a historic extension at the back of the tower.

This hotel is simple & clean & had the most necessary amenities. It is not luxurious but comfortable & the qualities below explain why we would happily stay there again. It is a perfectly located hotel within a couple hundred meters from dozens of great cafes & restaurants, numerous shops & some of the most iconic & historically significant sites. There was a photo opportunity every few steps. even the opera was less than half a mile away! The hotel itself is simple...not luxurious but was very comfortable & kept meticulous with the daily maid service. Staff was very friendly, some were very helpful too. Reasonable rates & location make this place a winner for us!

This is a basic hotel with a good bed, clean room and a great shower. It's also right in the heart of Siena and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is not lavish but more than adequate (coffee, croissant, butter, jam). It is very cheap for what you get and I loved staying there.

Lovely 4 nights in Siena.

Good hotel, great location, no lift to my knowledge (but could be wrong), nice spacious room, plug by bed was either a Type E or type M though - the only European plug socket in the room was on the other side of the room. Lovely staff, great view of the town. Wool blankets slightly uncomfortable but ok.

È la terza volta che alloggio in questo hotel, ma questa volta ho beccato una camera senza alcun comfort. Mi dispiace, non c’erano finestre , aprendo la porta della camera c’erano d 10 scalini sembrava un deposito sotterraneo , eravamo in due e c’era un solo asciugamano per doccia. La colazione discreta in quanto cornetti confezionati, biscotti confezionati, latte e caffè sembravano acqua calda fortunatamente il nostro è stato breve ottima l’accoglienzasoggiorno è stato breve.

Nossa estadia em Siena foi positiva. A hospedagem era bem localizada, o que facilitou bastante conhecer a cidade a pé e aproveitar os principais pontos turísticos com tranquilidade. O quarto era confortável e atendeu às nossas necessidades básicas. A comunicação com o anfitrião também foi simples e eficiente. Alguns detalhes, porém, merecem atenção: • Toalha de banho: poderia ter uma qualidade um pouco melhor, pois era bem fina. • Banheiro: após o banho, a área costumava ficar alagada, já que o box não tinha proteção completa. Não chegou a atrapalhar a estadia, mas pode ser melhorado. No geral, foi uma boa experiência e o local cumpriu o que prometia, com pequenos pontos que, se ajustados, tornariam a hospedagem ainda melhor. Ótimo custo benefício!

Localisation simplement parfaite en plein centre de Sienne Réception H24 et possibilité de laisser ses bagages Chambre familiale simple, très confortable et propre qui nous a parfaitement convenu.
