Jamaica Royale 028 Washer and Dryer Plus Half Bath

#28 features a courtyard brick patio with two chaise lounges and table and chairs to enjoy all day sun while the opposite side brick patio provides all day shade. Amenities include a recent remodeled bath with walk in shower plus a half bath and washer and dryer. Nicely decorated with mostly new furniture in the living room and bedroom and an ample sized kitchen for the chef with new appliances. Close to one of three pools and a pleasant stroll to the beach. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request. MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE IN JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST.
