Owner is unwell mentally
The property is beautiful as is the beach. The condo was clean and well cared for. Cons would be: We were not allowed to have the balcony with the sliding doors open or the AC would quit working. Balcony doors had to be shut at all times. We also couldn't see the sun set from the balcony's angle. But none of that was a major deal. The beach was still gorgeous as was the condo. However, something much more awful happened. My 6 year old son had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital in the early morning of check out. We were unable to check out on time because we were in the emergency room. The person we were corresponding with "Tom Collins" (not sure if it was the manager or owner, told us that if we did not have our belongings removed by the 10 am checkout, that he would have us arrested for trespassing. We hurried from the hospital after discharge to finish packing and head for the airport and the Tom began tormenting us with messages about arriving with the police and demanding to see my son's discharge papers, which of course we had. My poor son blamed himself, saying that it was his disease's fault that his parents would be arrested. Tom never showed up with the police by the time we removed our things, so that made me think it was only a scare tactic. It was then that I realized the person I was dealing with was not well, mentally. He began sending me pictures of a dying woman saying that that was his mother without explanation. Beware.
