Good location to the beach, siesta village

It's a older place, but very clean and good location. You can either walk to the beach or enjoy the pool on the intercoastal water. They had supplies for fishing and going to the beach. There were even condiments and small kitchen essentials, so you didn't need to bring spices, oils.

Easy and Efficient

The condo is well maintained - clean and had everything we wanted: Fishing equipment, kitchen ware, beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs. The grounds are well maintained with a fishing pier, wonderful pool and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Sea Club Ii stay

Donna was great; she gave us many details and sent emails with explanations of check in process, etc…. The condo was perfect and enjoyed the dock being very close by - just a very short walk. We were able to get a late checkout which was very appreciated. We would definitely come back if possible.

Enjoyable stay for our first SK trip

My husband and I booked this property because of its positive ratings and location near the beach. The property was clean; however, I did have to clean out hair from underneath the toilet seat and in the bathtub upon arrival. A couple of the white towels/wash clothes had hair on it as well. One of the white bed sheets had a stain on it and so did one of the white pillow cases; we just kept those linens to the side and didn’t let it bother us because we know white linens are a challenge to keep 100% white. Other than that, the property was clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The beach is about a 3 minute walk directly across the street and The Village is about a 3 minute drive. Overall, it was a positive experience and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great place for a great value!

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and our first experience with VRBO, so we were nervous. Donna was just fabulous to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful- she gave lots of great tips on where to eat and what to do, which made us feel so much more comfortable. We were there about a week after hurricane Irma hit, and there were some minor glitches that she took care of immediately after we arrived. (smoke alarm batteries, Internet, cable issues). The damage to the key was, by some miracle, very minimal, so everything was back open, and we had a really great time. The condo is clean, homey and very comfortable, has everything you need for the beach, and has a well-stocked kitchen- everything from coffee filters for the coffee maker to a corkscrew for your wine bottles! We aren't sure if we will be doing a Florida vacation again next year- but if we do, it will be on Siesta Key- we won't hesitate to book one of Donna's rentals again. That is for sure!

Perfect Condo!!

SeaClub II is a wonderful little condo in Siesta Key! It provides tons of amenities and is very well kept! My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils/tools you could need to prepare just about any meal. The appliances are quite nice and really well kept. The condo was nicely decorated and the TV's were great! One in the bedroom and one in the living room! The WiFi was really fast as well and we never had a problem. The storage was wonderful, there was plenty of room to put away clothing and store suitcases. The bed was a huge king size bed and it was very soft! There were no beach towels - so be sure to bring your own! However, there were some beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy to help you carry everything, but I think those amenities are not guaranteed. The only drawbacks for me were that you could not move the DVD player from the living room to the bedroom (but it's completely understandable) and I wish the sheets and towels were a little softer - but that's personal preference. They were pretty standard - think hotel issue. Other guests made some references to the check out procedures - but those were not a hassle. It really just made it easier on the cleaning crew and I would rather do some of the work myself and have a lesser cleaning fee than to pay more. It was not really a chore to put your towels and sheets in a pile and take out the trash. All rules were very easy to comply with. The condo itself had a small pool and a beautiful dock to overlook the bay. It provided for great nighttime relaxation to just listen to the water and look at the stars. I honestly loved that the condo was on the bay side as opposed to the ocean. And the beach! Oh was it wonderful! The private beach is the biggest perk to this condo! There was ample room for you to spread out and make your own little camp! It was so nice that the beach was not crowded but was in walking distance to the public beach as well, if you wanted more people watching. It did take a full 5 minutes to walk to the beach - but that was a pleasant walk! The condo is also in a great location on Siesta Key. About a 3-4 minute "Tips Only" taxi ride to the main downtown area or about a 5 minute car ride to the nearest grocery store. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at SeaClub II for your next getaway to Siesta Key!

This condo was perfect for our trip. First time in SW Florida. The location was great, close to the beach and the trolly to the village. Sea Club ll

Great location, old Florida feel, 1 block from beach, walkable to town (long but doable if able to walk > 1 mile), shorter walk to south restaurants & bars. Best part was the common area at Sea Club ll. Beautiful lawn area with pool, BBQ grills, plenty of chairs, fishing pier overlooking Sarasota Bay!

The property is a 1br/1bath condo unit with convenient access to the beach. It is very clean and well equipped for an extended getaway. The owner provides all information you need to have fun vacation at Florida's best beach and beach town. We will likely rent this property again. Siesta Key is our favorite Florida beach.
