Location Location!! Spectacular views of the beach and water from our 5th-floor Penthouse condo suite with 3 King beds and new mattresses. Remodeled baths. Each day, enjoy our Magical Sunsets! The open floor plan is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The Living Room has plenty of seating. Beautifully decorated with a Leather sofa, love seat, Recliners, and a 75" Smart TV.
This spacious and bright unit has a Renovated Kitchen with granite counters, a Microwave, and Stainless Steel Appliances. Staying calm and comfortable is easy, thanks to our unit's central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.
The Main Bedroom suite features a king-size bed with a new comfort-top mattress, a Flat-Screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a remodeled bathroom. Imagine relaxing in bed, enjoying a view of the white-sand beach and the clear, sparkling waters of the Gulf of America. This is not a dream. It just feels like one!
Both Guest suites have king-sized beds with new comfort mattresses, flat-screen TVs, and a private bathroom.
Amenities include a private gated beach, lounge chairs, a New Tiki Hut with Gas grills, tables, chairs, a lounge area—a picnic area with charcoal grills—and a heated pool with restrooms.
The elevators are located in the middle of the building. Carts for carrying luggage are on the ground level next to the elevators. Coin-operated laundry is on each level by the elevators. There is assigned parking on the bottom level, with additional parking for guests with a permit from the office.
You can't beat the location! Across the street from restaurants, ice cream, grocery stores, drug stores, pizza, a bakery, beach gear rentals, the post office, and 7-11...

Amazing!

For a family of six, this property is amazing! Three bedroom/3 bath makes everything so much nicer! And the patio view of the ocean - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Owner is very responsive and kind. Amazing stay!

Perfect Beach Condo

The Condo exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, nice kitchenware, and a super nice owner/host. The living room is super spacious with a large tv for nighttime movie watching. The views of the ocean are great, only slightly missing the sunset view. We enjoyed the balcony all hours of the day because of a nice breeze that blows through. Overall, a great place to stay and we may be coming back in the future!

Best location on Siesta Key!

We love to stay in this area of Siesta Key as it's much less crowded and easy access to get off the Key. LARGE condo with room for everyone! Super easy access to the beach. Modern and clean, comfortable bed and kitchen is as fully stocked as your own. Would stay again!

The condo is exactly what our family needs and nothing more. Close to a few places to eat without needing a car, beach is a short walk. Condo has everything you need for a great vacation.

Very nice condo, steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room in the living room, dining room to gather. Walking distance to a few things and trolley picks up right outside the building. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Week

We had a magnificent time in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and wanted. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants couldn’t be beat. The entire property was great, we used the pool and the grilling area which added to our wonderful week at the beach.

Very nice large condo.

Very large condo with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were awesome!

This condo has great kitchen, beach and bathroom amenities. Sue is so easily accessible if there is a situation. Our 2nd year here and hope to have more. Kids are now mid 20’s with partners and plenty of room and space.

Convenient and Comfortable

This condo is SOO spacious! All the rooms are big and tastefully decorated. It has everything needed for a memorable vacation - including a washer & dryer. Perfectly located within walking distance of plenty of great places to eat and meet. There is a free trolley stop right in front of the building. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries; even called to make sure we rode out the hurricane safely. We had a great vacation here.

Spacious & Well Appointed

We loved our stay in 502. Perfect location, large and well equipped. Modern and comfortable accommodations for 5 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Susan was great to work with and everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and yet just steps from the beautiful sand on crescent beach. Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated amenity as well as a giant couch and flat screen TV. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely setting

Wonderful 3 bed 3 bath condo with ocean views, located on the beach. Unit was clean and had a lot of cooking and entertaining utensils. We ate in every night, and enjoyed the in the heart of Siesta Key location for lunches out. We enjoyed the large screen tv for play-off games, even though our teams did not always win. This is a great condo on a great beach with sunset views. This is hard to beat, and we would love to return next year.

Our 2nd stay and can’t wait to come back!

This condo is a wonderful place! It’s large and spacious. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. We stayed with our small children and fully enjoyed the unit. Large functional couch with extra large TV! Great kitchen fully stocked to be able to cook every day. The one of a kind beach is very close to the unit, and there are great restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors walking distance away. Can’t wait to return!

We have stayed at 10 different properties in siesta over the years and this is by far the best. From amenities, to location, size, views, it's all top notch. You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the beach. Sue is great and super responsive. You will have to spend near double the money to find a unit that competes.

Perfect Vacation/Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful! Perfect for our family of 3 adults and one teenager. It was very clean (which is very important to us) and decorated so nicely. Having three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was a huge plus. This unit is spacious, well equipped and has all the comforts of home…..even a washer and dryer. View from the balcony was beautiful! You can watch the sunset right from there. Don’t hesitate, rent this unit, and prepare for the perfect vacation!

Spacious Comfort Close to Everything

My family stayed in Sue's penthouse for 7 nights and we didn't want to leave! The penthouse is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer, and beautiful views of the ocean. You can't beat the location. The beach is only a few steps away as well as a heated pool and a really nice grilling area. Just a short walk across the street is a smaller grocery store that has everything you'll need. There are many delicious restaurants across the street as well. We did not rent a car because there are free trolleys that run from turtle beach all the way to Sarasota. The trolley stop is right near the condo and runs about every 30 minutes. Frog Hop is another option and passes by the condo more often at no cost with the exception of a tip. The owner, Sue, was very responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return.
