The property is wonderful and all of the amenities are there! Five minutes from Siesta key beach and "the strip" of activities and restaurants and night life but quiet and relaxing at the house if thats what you want as well. For a party of 10 adults with various interests and culinary tastes it was great. You can cook at home and relax in the pool/spa or dine out close by. The beaches are beautiful and the house has everything you would want/need for a family. This host is attentive and responsive quickly to any and all needs of a large party. I highly recommend!

Excellent property with first class amenities

Simple and easy check-in process, great recommendations for food options and locations, proactive communication with the property owner, and a fantastic location, particularly for accessing Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. Highly recommend and would come back personally.

Beautiful home minutes from beach.

Very beautiful home plenty of room for family. Pool and pool area is wonderful. Within minutes of Siesta Key beach. Shell Beach is within walking distance but is basically gone from hurricane. Great place.

Amazing home for families

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful touches like beach gear, toys for the kids, and plenty of extras that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. This home is clearly well cared for, and it made our trip that much better. Highly recommend!

Fabulous house

We loved the pool, the ping pong table and the bikes! The layout and privacy were spot on for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed although we mostly grilled when we ate at home. One of the sleeper sofas is in the largest bedroom so kids could be close but other adults could spread out and have privacy. Communications were timely., location was nice easy access to Siesta and Sarasota. Found some amazing beaches and restaurants…

Amazing Time

Property and House were Perfect. Trip consisted of 4 adults and 5 children under 11. Plenty of space and house was beautiful. Only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Village and the beach. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while adults relaxed after a long day. Chet was an amazing host - very accommodating and one of the best we have dealt with. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything You Could Want !

Great location and roomy house.

A 5 minute drive to Siesta Village makes this house a great option. The home is spacious and well kept. The kids loved the pool & hot tub.

Bay Isle Rental in Siesta Key

Our family loved the Bay Isle rental property in Siesta Key and it was a pleasure to have Chet as our host. He was attentive to our needs and responded when we had questions as well as being knowledgeable about the area and recommended places to visit a s eat (where the locals like to go) during our stay.I hope we can work out coming back next year and even extend our stay but at least another week.

Absolutely Amazing stay

House is actually more beautiful than pictured! Everything you could need is at the house from pool toys, spices, shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, etc. The house is beautiful and we had so much fun in the pool- definitely a trip to remember!!

Family Trip 2024

Let me start this review with …The house is amazing, beautiful, welcoming, all extras you may need are provided; beach toys, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and so much more. The host is wonderful as well. Now for the be aware of… if you have any hearing or mobility issues in your party. This house does not have a bedroom on main floor so steps are required to get to all bedrooms, also steps to get in garage, and to front door. More steps then expected caused a bit of trouble for my 80+ yo mom with limited mobility. As for the hearing issue, there are few rugs to absorb the sound through the home so it does not take much for it to become very loud. We found a local beach worth sharing, its called Turtle Beach a bit further but not as crowded as others and easy parking and walk to beach and distance to water.

One of Siesta Key's BEST

This is the type of property that you come back to more than once. This was our second stay here and we LOVE the place. Everything a family needs and MORE! Great vacation!

The house was remarkable! Had pretty much everything you could possibly need! Best property I have ever stayed in. Also any questions I had Chet was awesome in helping! If you want a great place, book this house!! It is awesome! Only thing that would have been easier for me since I am older would have been to have had THIS house closer to the beach but had a great pool and hot tub so spent lots of time there but we did spend time at several of the beaches. Thank you Chet and VRBO!

This house was one of the best we’ve stayed at and very clean. The owners were generous with household items (toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, laundry and dish soap, grocery staples, etc). The bedrooms were great - including 4 kings with private baths which is really nice when traveling with multiple adult couples. The screened in pool was very fun for our kids and had tv and hot tub too. Plenty of beach toys, cooler, wagon, chairs etc. and bikes! Overall, we had an awesome stay. We recommend traveling over to Lido beach. It has smooth sand and easy street parking. We also drove to turtle beach for sunset and seashell collecting.

BEST VRBO experience we've ever had

We have stayed at dozens of properties over the years (including two other siesta key homes) and none have ever exceeded expectations like this one. I hardly know where to begin! Upon arrival, the house was spotless - the cleanest we've ever checked into. The amenities were perfect. We didn't have any experience with a spa attached to the pool, so navigating the heater was daunting at first - but Chet walked us through it so patiently and kindly, we were off and running in no time! Every bedroom but one has a private bathroom which was great for our group. There's a laundry on both the first and second floor which was very helpful. The kitchen is amazing - the seperate ice freezer never ran out, the refridgerator is ENORMOUS and I already miss it! The gas stove is perfect, and the appliances were all top notch. The pool was lovely - and it was so nice having a bathroom with pool access so nobody was dripping through the house. The garage was plenty big enough for our Ram 1500 Ltd Crew Cab. I read another review that mentioned a nosy neighbor - there is an elderly gentleman whose house is just behind this one, but we never heard a peep from him. We were also respectful of the neighborhood and kept it quiet outdoors after 10. Chet was SO accommodating and nice. We loved it so much we extended our stay for 2 extra days, which we never do. We can't wait to come back and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on Siesta Key! I can't think of one negative thing to report. THANK YOU!
