Located at Our House at the Beach, guests enjoy a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Just across the street from world-famous Siesta Beach and minutes from Siesta Key Village, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and live entertainment.

    Kitchen, Dining Area, Balcony, Shared Grill, Pool, and Tennis Courts

    The Location:
    - 0.2 Miles to Siesta Key Public Beach
    - 1.1 Miles to Siesta Key Village
    - 1.5 Miles to Crescent Village
    - Pool on Site or 1.1 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
    - Less than 400 Feet to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
