IMPORTANT COMPLEX UPDATES:
The complex has pest control service the first Wednesday of every month.
Concrete restoration work will begin on the South Building around November 1st, lasting approximately 100 days (weather permitting). The project, led by RL James, will repair spalling and rebar damage caused by age and coastal conditions. Please note there will be noise, vibration, and some disruption during this time—thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to preserve our community.
North Building Carport foundation work is also expected to done the 1st week of November.
South Building Fire-pump equipment installation is scheduled to begin during the 1st 2 weeks off November.
Southwest elevator equipment has been delivered to Florida Elevator. We expect to get an update on the installation date soon.
