It was a nice place with the pool at the house and the beach within 10 minute walking distance. Night fishing off the dock bending the house was nice. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Great condo in quiet area

Great condo in a quiet area of siesta key but still very close to everything the area has to offer. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely a place we would like to stay again.

A home away from home!

We are so happy we found this gem! Beautiful living space with everything we needed. Only thing we couldn't find and needed to buy was dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.

Great week!

Property was very clean, quiet and Vic was readily available. This location is perfect and we loved visiting Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach and Siesta Key; although, we enjoyed the quiet setting of Turtle Beach which was within walking distance. Conveniently located to Publix and restaurants. Yes, I'd consider this property again.

Cozy cove is our new home away from home. The location is exceptional!

The condo is spacious and updated. Turtle beach bar and grill as well as Turtle beach restaurant within walking distance. Turtle beach itself is a hidden gem of Siesta Key. Bayfront excursions was very reasonable for boat rental. Also walking distance. If you like to shop the trolley is free and waiting for you. The pool is in the sun all day. The condo is well stocked for everything from cooking and grilling to beach trips. Victor is very accommodating and prompt! Can't wait to go back!

Great location, little service

This was a convenient place for us given that we were without a car. The trolley was a five minute walk and Turtle beach was ten minutes. We liked the quiet setting, well equipped kitchen, shaded terrace, and backyard setting on the lagoon. We were disappointed with the responses to our request for repairs, namely to repair light over the dining area and fix leak under kitchen sink that destroyed paper products stored there. The caretaker responded to msgs. promptly, but chose to delay repairs that were not emergencies until we vacated the unit.

Pros: two bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs; one restroom downstairs; full size washer and dryer; updated showers; layout of condo is perfect Cons: overall, the place needs a deep cleaning. At first I thought it was adorable, but as the honeymoon of being on vacation ended it was obvious that the place needed attention. Floors were dirty, a/c vents were covered in dust, even the garbage can top was dirty. We wore socks everywhere and they were black each day. The keypad lock didn’t secure the home as well.

Girlfriend’s Getaway

First let me say that communication with the property manager, Vic, was absolutely great. He replied to everything I had questions about & God knows he didn’t have to. Second, for a group of long time best friends who NEEDED this getaway to reset, this was a perfect place to do so. We have usually rented a cabin that is local to two of us, but this rental was extremely comparable in price with one more bedroom, & just happens to have a pool & an ocean & more variety of wonderful food around to choose from. The place & space was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t even mind if it rained because we got to just hang out & see each other, FINALLY. But, the rain held off & we got some beach time in & it was beautiful! We had a lot of complications (airline cancelled flights, etc…) to get to take this trip but once we got here, everything went smoothly & that couldn’t have happened if Vic & the owner weren’t so helpful! We couldn’t thank them enough & are already hoping our families will let us make this a yearly thing!

Cozy Cove 9026

The Condo was clean and nice. Felt like home. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy!! :) 4 pillows for the master bed, however it might be time for new pillows. Then were kinda flat and hard for our liking. I like that it had 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The Condo is in a good location and it was very quiet in the area. Very peacfull and relaxing. I guess the only negative thing is that the ice maker doesn't work. Not a big deal, we just bought Ice at the 7-11 in town and put in the freezer. We purchased small and medium sized coolers for our stay. We donated them to the Condo for future guests. Only suggestion is to get a guest book to sign and fill some stuff in about their stay. This is a good way for people to compliment the house and area and add restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. Just a thought. Thanks again we had a very nice relaxing vacation!! : )

Its close to Turtle beach and Kayak rental and Trolley. I have stayed here before! One of my friends slept on the sofa and was very comfortable

Quiet & Convenient: Near Turtle Beach

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious property, ideally located within a short walk of both the lovely Turtle Beach and a convenient trolley stop. Condo had everything we needed, very clean.

Spring Break

We stayed during spring break and had a great time. The sunsets at Turtle Beach were better than Siesta Key Beach. If you're traveling with teenagers, you may want to get closer to town as its too far to walk (9 miles). Families with young children and adults you can't go wrong with the location. The island is full of construction due to last season's hurricanes so there's a lot of noise (after 9am). The pool is not heated and too cold to swim in other than that I would stay again.

Great location

Great location. The condo was very clean. Vic was very easy to communicate with and he was prompt to respond. The one problem we had, which was a big one, was that vrbo listed the condo with having an elevator but it doesn’t have one. The couple traveling with us was disabled so they had to find a hotel to stay at which was across the bridge. We were not able to enjoy the lovely condo as we’d hoped. Vrbo did work with us.

Great Location

The unit is in a great location - quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Turtle Beach and close to Siesta Key and Sarasota Beaches. The free trolley is a short walk away which can take you to those beaches. The unit was spotless, well decorated and provided us with everything we needed to make a few meals. The picture taken from the water is a bit deceiving as the unit is not the one at the front looking over the water but rather 3 units further back from the water. There are however views of the lagoon from the balcony and there is lots of room outside by the pool and in front of the unit to sit and watch the wildlife and kayakers go by. Vic responded immediately to any inquiries we had and was quick to replace a few items that were needed. Both Siesta Key and Sarasota have many sites to explore. We enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Loved the location

We have stayed at this property 2 times. We have really enjoyed the location because you can use the trolley to go to the village. The condo itself could use some updating, but it is very comfortable. Vic, the host, is very accommodating. If you need something, just call him. He will take care of it.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our first time visiting Siesta Key and staying at this particular location. The condo is great and perfectly roomy! My family very much enjoyed fishing from the dock in the evening and seeing manatees at the same time. The owner was very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries as well!! Thank you!
