PLEASE NOTE: The Spa is heated from November 15th to April 15th. This property is registered as a vacation rental within the City of Sarasota with the Registration Number VR25-00056. Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 11 guests.
