Good Mexican breakfast. Bad: the hotel says there is a shuttle service to the airport about a km away, but doesn’t mention that it is one way. It will take you to the airport but will not pick you up. The taxi service from the airport to the hotel is a racket, charging $25 US for that 1 km ride. Hotel should clear up this misleading claim as, of course, most people staying there will be coming from the airport .

They charge me twice in error

The first problem was at check in, I have proved that my stay was already pay, I even show the email that shows paid in full, the clerk keeps telling me that they never charge in advance, so I was so tired and decided to pay again with my debit card, 10 minutes later they call me to refund my payment because they find out that I was correct. I was so angry because I knew I already pay , the thing is they don’t even want to check or anything wen I told them I was already pay in advance. Second.... the place is very noisy, can’t rest

Clean yet disappointing

The hotel, while being fairly basic, had everything necessary and was quite clean, if not slightly grim. My room overlooked a parking lot and the highway and I could hear traffic whizzing by all night. As I went to bed, I kept hearing what sounded like either fireworks or detonations of some kind - slightly unsettling. When I woke up at 3am for my 6am flight, there was no electricity, no phone and no water. A bit freaky - apparently there had been some "accident" during the night that no one could explain. There was a security guard on the floor waiting to escort me to the lobby however and the staff seemed equally confused, but offered no explanation. I would recommend eating before arriving as there are not a lot of food options on premises, and the fantastic looking rotisserie chicken place next door was not open.

Not bad for the price I paid and very close to Air

A very blah hotel that offered no English speaking service people, very limited food menu and difficulty communicating with staff. On the plus side, it was clean and had a very comfortable bed and was only eight minutes to the airport which is why I booked it. Although we didn’t have time for more than a small bite to eat, the breakfast bar looked very good and was very clean. Coffee was available easily to go. For what we paid, the value was excellent! I’d rather than them not speaking English, I just need to speak more Spanish.

La recepcionista no le interesa y es muy descuidada , la llave no funcionaba y tuvimos. Que bajar nosotros varias veces , ella estaba poniendo otro número de cuarto se le pidió servicio de despertador y tampoco pasó el recado

We called a few days early for an early check in. The clerk "Hector" was very accommodating. When we arrived, we were told by the young man behind the counter that we could not check in until 3 pm. We told him we had spoken to Hector previously, and he agreed to let us check in, although he was clearly not happy. Once in our room, the window was slightly open, and when we tried to close and lock it so we could go out, the window did not have a lock on it. When we came down later to reserve our ride to the airport the next morning for 6 am, the same young man from check in said he only had rides at 5 am, 4 am or 9 am. We needed to be there at 6 am. He stated he could set us up in a cab, but we booked the hotel for the free airport transportation. We told him we would take care of it. We later called down for an Ice bucket since there was no Refrigerator or Ice on the floor, and it took several minutes for it to come. We did encountered a woman I believe was a maid for the rooms and she was very accommodating, helping us get the Ice brought to our room faster. Later we asked at the desk again about the airport transportation and a very nice young woman set our ride up for 6 am with no problem. The next morning, we did share the 10 person van with one other couple to the airport! Over all stay was good, and we would definitely stay there again!

No es un lugar limpio, la comida no se ve bien y no tienes ganas de comer, la ducha se gira hacia la pared, el agua no cae sobre ti. Las toallas de baño no son blancas, parecen un paño de piso. Lo único bueno fue la cama, cómoda la almohada era suave, al menos logramos descansar para poder viajar el otro día temprano. La suciedad que estaba en el piso de la entrada cuando llegamos todavía estaba allí el otro día cuando nos fuimos.

Hermosisima la habitación y el desayuno de lujo

El lugar increíble en todos los sentidos pero no había Uber en ese día por ser día 15 de septiembre, batallé para llegar, deberían tener servicio para recoger del aeropuerto. 😉

Se supone que elegí este hotel porque tenían transporte gratis al Aeropuerto, pero nadie me dijo que a la hora que ellos quisieran, no yo. Mi vuelo salía a las 10:30 y ya tenía hecho check in porque no iba a documentar equipaje. Así que tenía que estar a las 9 am, y el hotel me quería mandar a las 6 am porque no había disponibilidad a otra hora. ??? Muy mal, tuvimos que irnos en Uber. Desayuno malo, frío café y huevos y muy escaso. Wifi bueno. Buena ubicación enfrente del Aeropuerto, pero el transporte da Mucha vuelta, así que mejor un hotel de ese lado. A un costado una gasolina, Oxxo y pizzas. En general habitación amplia y limpia.
