"This area is not for novice hikers. Recommend Groundhog Meadow hike to get acclimated. Staff were friendly and cabin was clean and comfortable."

"The room had roaches and some green bugs on the pillow . When I turn the water on in the bathroom the water was brown . My friend and I slept in our cars that night and there was no staff to call to report the problem . I do not recommend this stay ."

"Enjoyed the fact that we were super close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park but the room was full of ants. Couldn’t leave any food inside. We ended up leaving all food in the car. The fridge fortunately was sealed but that didn’t mean ants weren’t all over it trying to get in. The tv didn’t have work, only had one channel with a big pop up infront of it"

"The best thing is the location i.e.the proximity to the natural river. However, the way the property is kept is not in line with the beauty of the natural surroundings. It's not clean inside and outside-- there was a constant unpleasant smell on the outside - not sure if it was their garbage or sewer system."
