"Clean room awesome view of lake"

"The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service."

"Room was very hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work very well. No towels were let when room was cleaned. Someone stomping on floors on room above all night long. Refrigerator did not work."

"The room was very clean and comfortable; the newly renovated bathroom had a great shower; the fridge had a dedicated freezer compartment; there was a nice breakfast table with chairs; and the owner & staff were very welcoming. You would need to bring your own hangars and be aware there is no coffeemaker. We would definitely stay there again."

"Had a late check in there was someone there to check me in with minimal wait. That was a plus. Room was decent size. I do not believe room was completely cleaned, pillowcases on one bed smelled used. Shower curtain had mold on it, did not feel comfortable taking shower in it . Even though motel said smoke free smelled of smoke. Would not stay there again."
