"Unfortunately there was kids running around the hotel. Terrible parenting. Security tried their best but the kids still all over knocking on doors. "

"I got an email for pre-checkin which is useless because you still need to wait to get a room key. There was nobody at the desk on arrival and had to wait 10 minutes to get the room key. There is no restaurant as advertised, there is a small room for the included breakfast, but we went to Tim Horton's because the breakfast was the worst I've experienced. The room itself was clean, the beds decent but the towels were stained. We listened to someone walking around above us quite late, since there are no carpets. We were attending the Equine Expo for the weekend and didn't spend much time in the room, so for what we needed it was ok."

"Parking was great and the bed was very comfy! We stayed 2 nights and really needed good sleep! The one thing that could be improved is the fluctuating water temperature in the shower. Thanks!"

"Loud fights in the hall until 3 am. Loud footsteps running in hall all night. Bathtub slippery and sink stopper broken. In all my world travels I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep! I’ll never stay in a Super 8 again! Should have been offered at least a partial rebate."

"The hot breakfast was great and lots available for everyone. The rooms have been redone and the bathrooms are nice and clean"

"The breakfast was so-so. The waffles and pancakes were great but the other options (eggs, meats, etc) were not. Also, for where the hotel was located, it was very surprising that they charge for parking. The pool was fun and the kids enjoyed it. The room was nice and comfortable but we may consider other hotel options in the future that include parking and a better breakfast. "
