PLEASE NOTE: this property has a completely separate and private unit at the upper levels of the home that may be occupied during your stay; no one occupying that space will have access to your private rented portion of the home.

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply.
