Villa Oliveira is a spacious 6-bedroom house, ideal for large families, with a privileged location in Armação de Pêra, just 700m from the beach. With a heatable private pool and jacuzzi (optional extras), it offers stunning sea views and proximity to restaurants and supermarkets.



The property has air conditioning in all rooms and central heating (optional). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom and balconies with sea views. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, plus an additional bathroom. The spacious living/dining room has comfortable sofas and a dining table, and the main kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry.



On the lower floor, there are 2 more bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom, a secondary kitchen and a spacious entertainment area with a TV room, snooker table, foosball and ping-pong.



The exterior includes a wide terrace, private pool with sun loungers and grassy areas for children. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and jacuzzi. The property is walled and has an automatic gate with parking.



A few minutes' walk from shops, bars and Armação de Pêra beaches, Villa Oliveira guarantees unforgettable holidays.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 3000 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
