We stayed at the Villa in an oceanfront suite room close to the lobby as many suggested they were newer. We enjoyed our stay and especially the friendly bartender gal at the main pool swim up bar! The great staff at the front lobby entrance promptly helped us w cabs and shuttles. The shuttle drivers were terrific too!

We went with a group of 8. Great location, right on the ocean. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint I have was that the room did have a musty/moldy smell when we first arrived. Opening the doors to the balcony fixed that in just a few hours. Otherwise everything was great.

A wonderful property in Simpson Bay. Our room in the Villas, a king suite, was on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the bay and all of the boat traffic coming and going. Parking was easy and included as were beach towels with daily exchanges. We loved being able to book a day sail trip on the Lambada that departed from the dock right at the resort. Quite convenient ! Four on property restaurants and many more in walking distance.

Friendly staff, good amenities and relaxed atmosphere. This is the only place in the Caribbean that I have not experienced harassment and aggressive behaviours, such as tip coercion, forcing services, etc. The citizens of St. Maarten are friendly and kind. The island also feels extremely safe. The staff at Simpson Bay are nice, professional and responsive.
