Coco beach bar food and staff were BANGINNNNN - best restauraunt on site. La patrona for breakfast also banging - dinner was highly meh. Replay nachos are BANGIN; pizza meh. Overall great bang for your buck, very clean, very chill and calm during the week and enough options.

Absolutely will go back to this hotel. Pool and ocean were great room is exactly what I saw in the pictures. No surprises. Walking distance to all eateries and small market. A piano bar for entertainment at night on premises. Loved it!!!

We went with a group of 8. Great location, right on the ocean. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint I have was that the room did have a musty/moldy smell when we first arrived. Opening the doors to the balcony fixed that in just a few hours. Otherwise everything was great.

A wonderful property in Simpson Bay. Our room in the Villas, a king suite, was on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the bay and all of the boat traffic coming and going. Parking was easy and included as were beach towels with daily exchanges. We loved being able to book a day sail trip on the Lambada that departed from the dock right at the resort. Quite convenient ! Four on property restaurants and many more in walking distance.

Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , whatā€™s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break !

A beautiful hotel overlooking the Caribbean. They put us up at the last minute when our flight got cancelled. We snagged a poolside room and enjoyed the pool and bar for the evening. All the restaurants here are top notch too. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, good amenities and relaxed atmosphere. This is the only place in the Caribbean that I have not experienced harassment and aggressive behaviours, such as tip coercion, forcing services, etc. The citizens of St. Maarten are friendly and kind. The island also feels extremely safe. The staff at Simpson Bay are nice, professional and responsive.
