19th C. farmhouse surrounded by woods, olive groves and vineyards. A very attractive villa deriving from the complete refurbishment of an old country house dating from around 1800. It is situated between Sinalunga and the Parco Naturale delle Crete Senesi, in the hills covered with woods, olive groves and vineyards, at 500 metres above sea level. This strategic situation makes it an excellent point of reference for visiting such internationally renowned historical centres as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia and Assisi. The villa is spacious and possesses interesting architectural features. It is beautifully furnished and decorated in keeping with the style of thebuilding. With its high level of comfort and refinement, the accommodation is ideal for groups of friends who wish to spend a relaxing holiday together in Tuscany. Swimming pool and equipped sun terrace with panoramic view. The house is surrounded by a large garden, shaded by tall trees. To one side there is a beautiful 6x12 mt. swimming pool, depth 1,30-1,80 mt. (open from 01st May to 30th September) which enjoys a wide view. The 60 square metres of terrace at the front of the building has garden furniture and is the perfect place for sunbathing. From the terrace there is an unsurpassed view of the Val di Chiana,ranging from Lake Trasimeno to Monte Amiata and Monte Cetona; on a really clear day, you can see the Appennines where they divide Umbria from Le Marche.Many facilities available to guests. At guests disposal five-a-side football and volleyball field, basket, table tennis, table football and barbecue. Small size pets are welcome.
GROUND FLOOR: Spacious kitchen-dining room with open fireplace, living room with open fireplace, bedroom with double bed and single bed with en suite bathroom and shower, bathroom with washbasin and toilet, laundry room. FIRST FLOOR: This floor can be reached by means of two different internal staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room. On one side there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. OUTBUILDING: There is a bedroom with double bed and single bed and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dish-washer, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, oven, filter coffee maker, iron, freezer, high chair, fans (in the bedrooms), electric mixer, kettle, food processor, toaster, mosquito nets (bedrooms), hairdryer in all bathrooms, basketball.
