The hotel was very basic for a 4 star hotel with none of the usual amenities I have become accustomed to expect from this level of hotel. For example a nespresso coffee machine is not supplied. Also the room service options was very disappointing and sub par in terms of menu choices. They were also unwilling to commit to whether an early check in was possible even though I rang the hotel 24 hours before arrival-very disappointing since they would know at that stage whether the hotel was fully booked. It would have given me the opportunity to make an informed decision on whether or not to book the hotel. Will not be returning.
