I entered the room and there were ants crawling all over the table next to the bed. There was something sticky all over it. I had requested a non-smoking room. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke (like the other reviewers said). I called the front desk about the ants and they said there were no other rooms left but that they would "call the manager." Magically there was another room, however it ALSO smelled like cigarette smoke which I am allergic to. And there was a man screaming somewhere down the hall. They refused to give me a refund even though I requested a non smoking room. I had to move to another hotel. Thank goodness there was one available down the street.

Bad experience,, be warned.
Upon arrival we were told that there were only rooms without windows left. I didn't even know this hotel had rooms without windows. In every picture this hotel only shows rooms with windows, talk about false advertising. I explained that I'd booked a room with a window, and would only accept what I'd paid for. We were given a small double room with a window. Someone had clearly been smoking in the room, it stunk.
The safety deposit box in the room was broken. I asked for a working one to be arranged, this was not possible.
I showed my booking that clearly included a safety deposit box. I was told to speak to a supervisor the following morning. I explained that I was checking out the following morning, so this option would be pointless.
The following morning I spoke with a supervisor, she told me that someone would contact me re. a discount. Three days later & nothing. I rarely complain, but the whole experience was unfortunately negative.

A 2 to 2.5 star hotel but one of the better ones I stayed. As long as you don't expect 4 stars even though there is a premium in its name. I used mainly for sleeping and showering and that is pretty much it. Close to bus stop and eats. Maintenance of room is good. May take a while for warm water to come out.
