The apartment on the 1st floor of the house is in the centre of the city. Through this, you can easily go shopping and still be close to the beach. The apartment consists of a very spacious living room with chairs, a dining room and a kitchen. From the living room, you can get to the 20 m2 terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a large balcony. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, shower, bathtub, bidet, WC and sink.

Lovely big apartment, right in the centre of La Caletta - we had a jazz band playing right outside one night, which might not be to everyone's tastes (they were done just after 11, though). Brogitte and Pietro were very kind and welcoming.

Appartement spacieux bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine à la caletta. L’appartement est très agréable car il est spacieux. Il dispose de 3 chambres bien indépendantes. Le salon, séjour est très grand. La terrasse est bien située pour être utilisée à tout moment de la journée. La climatisation n’est pas comprise dans le prix mais vous pouvez la demander en supplément. Il y a une climatisation par chambre. Les hôtes de l’appartement sont très agréables, souriants et disponibles. Je recommande vivement. La caletta est une petite ville dynamique où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Restaurants, glaciers, supermarchés etc… se situe juste au pied de l’appartement. La caletta est bien située grâce à des grands axes routiers qui permettent de visiter assez facilement différents sites ou plages. Olbia à 45 minutes. San Teodoro à 30 minutes. Cala Gonone à 1h.

L'alloggio e molto bello , pulitissimo, i proprietari sempre presenti ma discreti sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimo. camere grandi un terrazzo che copre due lati della casa ed in cui si puo mangiare comodamente . l' alloggio è a due passi dalla via principale . a poche decine di metri c'e un ampio parcheggio libero in cui lasciare la macchina. sotto c,e un bellissimo bar per le colazioni sconsigliato a chi è a dieta . Sicuramente ci torneremo . adatto a tutti ma super consigliato alle famiglia con bambini . dalla casa in meno di 5 minuti a piedi si è sulla spaggia della caletta

Un grand merci à Brigitte et Pietro qui nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Nous avions déjà loué ce grand appartement il y a 8 ans. Et nous y sommes revenus avec nos enfants devenus grands. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. La terrasse est parfaite. Le village est très animé (beaucoup de bruit, de musique, de chants…) jusqu’à 1h00 du matin. La plage est belle et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.

Appartamento molto bello

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito, ed ha una veranda molto fresca nella quale si può mangiare in tranquillità. È fornito di ottimi accessori per cucinare. La sua posizione in centro è comodissima, avendo tutti i servizi a pochi metri, ed anche ad Agosto non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà a parcheggiare la macchina sempre molto vicino all’appartamento. L’unica pecca sono le informazioni fornite dal sito riguardo la fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani e riguardo l’aria condizionata; devo però dire che tali disguidi sono stati subitamente superati e risolti grazie alla grande disponibilità e correttezza della famiglia ospitante, Che si sono dimostrati perfetti e disponibili sempre.

Pietro e sua moglie sono davvero delle ottime persone; sempre gentili e molto ospitali. L’appartamento è di ragguardevoli dimensioni con un grosso terrazzo e un affaccio verso l’esterno per ogni camera; sulla via principale e vicino al mare! Consigliatissimo per chiunque voglia visitare la caletta!!

JUSTE PARFAIT!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ici à la Caletta! Une petite ville très animée ! Plein de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours ! Plages magnifiques, excursions, petit marché de nuit...etc... Nous avons été ravis du logement et de la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Maison très propre, avec tout le nécessaire, très fonctionnelle, beaucoup plus grande que ce que montre les photos ! Une jolie terrasse pour manger dehors ! Parfaitement bien positionnée ! Pizzerias, restaurants, supermarché...tout est à proximité et tout peut se faire à pied en une minute ! Mention spéciale pour l'excellent bar restaurant qui se trouve juste à côté de la maison! Un régal de faire le petit déjeuner là bas tous les matins😊 Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir ! Location que nous conseillons très très fortement 👌

4 jours à la caletta

L'appartement est pas mal, il est grand, propre et bien situé. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il faut prévoir les draps les serviettes ... sinon c'est payant en plus. Il y a une clim dans chaques chambres (3), mais pareil ... si vous voulez la clim faut payer 3€ par jour et par chambres ... Sachez qu'il fait très chaud surtout en juillet/août. Mais en laissant ouvert les fenêtres la nuit on arrive a se passé de la clim. Sinon ce village est très animé l'été. Il se situe pas loin des plus belles plages de Sardaigne. Le parking est à 20m. La plage est à 5min à pied grand max. Je vous conseille quand même cet appart car très spatieux, propre et bien situé.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, è grande, comoda, attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire in vacanza. E' vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi, e si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il Sig. Pietro, il proprietario, è una persona gentile e molto disponibile, siamo stati contenti di conoscerlo. Sehr grosse, mit allem nötigen Luxus ausgestatteten Wohnung. Mitten im Zentrum und nur wenige schritte bis zum Stand, guten Pizzerien und Einkaufsläden.Bei solch netten Vermietern macht man sehr gerne Ferien. Die Ortschaft ist Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge und man kann jeden Tag an einen anderen schönen Strand fahren.
