"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking in Sintra is difficult but there was a paid lot close by. The hotel is located in a good central location, right by a bus stop to get to most major parks/palaces. "

"The building is in a nice location, right near the historic town centre. The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed, however the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom extractor fan was useless, so the room would get quite hot and humid after a shower. Breakfast is extremely good and I would recommend this if you like to get up early, as many local cafes open later. "

"A little confused upon arrival…. Difficult to determine how to access the property. However, provided you follow the instructions provided, someone will open the gate. Parking was secure (and plentiful). We were able to leave our bags early in the morning and went back later to check in…. They even took our bags to our room. Property is perfectly situated… short walk to restaurants, train station and attractions. Staff were amazing, and breakfast was phenomenal."
