"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Meyer Hotel. The hotel grounds are very pretty, with a beautiful pool as well. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and linens. The Meyer is just a half block from the shops and restaurants - very walkable. We parked our car on the first night and didn't move it again until we were leaving. I look forward to staying again soon!"

"I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. For a resort the pool looks like a 1985 apartment complex pool, there’s no gym or spa. Now the lobby area is top notch, and the golf course looked nice. But this was the biggest disappointment of a resort that I can think of. If you have a bunch of drunk buddies on a golf weekend, it might work - but if you are with your spouse or family, hard pass!"

"Exceeded my expectations, glamping cabins were great, very quiet, staff was helpful and the site layout has alot to offer. They had everything you need. Solo stoves on site with wood. AC in all units, shower, comfortable bed & pillows and 20min outside Fredericksburg."
