Settle in for a truly memorable vacation at this gorgeous and secluded, two-story home in Black Butte Ranch. The incredible, sunlit great room boasts walls and soaring ceilings of knotty pine, several windows, and plenty of comforts for the entire family to enjoy. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine together (or play a few board games) at the table for six, and then take your pick of one of two living areas including one with a wood-burning fireplace, and another with a woodstove, wet bar, and TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Step outside onto the large, furnished deck where you can fire up the gas grill, dine alfresco, or just put your feet up and enjoy the fresh air and forest views. In the evenings, stargaze while you soak in the private hot tub.

Enjoy access to the many fantastic amenities of Black Butte Ranch, which include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a steam room, workout facilities, hiking trails, bike paths, tennis courts, and a lodge-style clubhouse. The resort is also home to world-class golf, stables for guided horseback rides, and great fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and canoeing. Use the resort as a jumping-off point for a number of high desert day trips, including Bend, 32 miles southeast, which is home to the High Desert Museum, excellent breweries, and scenic Drake Park. For additional outdoor adventures, Smith Rock State Park is only 38 miles east for scenic hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking.

Plenty of space for all of us! House was clean and had no problems during stay. Would come back, close to hiking and activities, with plenty of things to do on the ranch as well.

It was a great house to stay with a family since it had a hot tub, pool table and ping pong! The garage was not heated though with the pool and ping pong tables. Also, the cleaning job wasn’t the best.

Beautiful property and great amenities. The steam room and inside pool great after hiking around the area. The general store also had a free fall event that we checked out as we were leaving. Sisters is a wonderful town with lots of good food and friendly people. The home is beautiful. The beds are really comfortable and we all slept really well. We overall really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was we couldn’t contact the property manager- the number listed wouldn’t accept calls . We also wrote an email. But alls well that ends well and since we haven’t heard any thing I guess we did all we were supposed to do at check out and during our stay . Thanks to the hosts. This was a lovely fall vacation for our family .

We enjoyed the hot tub when it finally got hot. The pool table and ping pong were used by our teens. Location was good. Beds were ok. Kitchen was equipped for our needs (we ate the majority of our meals there) though we were hoping to use the BBQ which didn’t work. We had a maintenance issue with the furnace fan which was extremely loud and disrupted our sleep until we turned it off at the breaker. Todd was able to fix it well enough to work the last night though it probably needs to be replaced. Overall a nice stay with plenty of space for 8 of us.

Always nice being back at BBR as I've been going there since I was a kid. Trip was myself and friend along with my father and his friend. House was as advertised, close to trails, quiet, etc. Having the pool table and ping pong in the garage was fantastic along with the hot tub and firewood. Only complaint was that it took us about 45min to clean the outdoor area as it was completely covered in pine needles..

When we arrived, there was garbage and dirty linens left in the garage and breeze, as well as the hot tub was in dire need of cleaning, however the host quickly had it taken care of, which was truly appreciated. The house is fantastic and the location was a perfect combination of seclusion and ease of access to the lodge and rec center. I was surprised that some of the common amenities such as garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper were not provided with the house. We had to go to the general store and purchase those ourselves. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Superficially clean. Looks like a quick clean ( dusty, bathroom basin not entirely clean. Floors not particularly clean)The dishwasher was un- emptied and there were some dirty dishes in side. Disappointed that there was no salt and pepper provided. Apparently, it is their practice not to have any food items in the house but salt and pepper seems to be a staple in most rentals.

The home was lovely! Close to Sisters and comfortable. Would stay there again! The following are not complaints just things you need to know so that others can enjoy: master bath fan make growling noises. Very loud. Laundry room light is out. Could not reach to replace bulbs. Master bedrm lamp is out. Tried to replace the bulb but still doesn’t work. Could not find a switch for the wet bar lights? Found food and debris under the livingroom couch.

The house is a very nice house, a lot can be improved with the housekeeping. Bathrooms not clean, linens soiled, very dusty, hair everywhere, throw rug very dirty. If these issues were resolved the house would be perfect.

We enjoyed the air conditioning! The king beds were comfortable The hot tub Extra fridge and games tables in garage were nice The check in and check out process is smooth and easy Things we were disappointed with- The kitchen needs a lot of updating and cabinets are really in bad shape Laminate floor is pretty bad/dirty No blinds in the living room with unfinished trim work around windows No sticky surface or handles in shower/tub for safety Patio table/glass was dirty when we arrived and quite a bit of trash around property like cans and paper Providing 2 days worth of toilet paper for a house that sleeps 11 is pretty poor considering what we paid The lightbulbs in the living room on side tables as well as front entry are flouerescent and really harsh/ not calming or nice looking.

This house is in a great location, within walking distance of Paulina Pool and tennis courts. Super well -equipped and fine lay-out with numerous separate spaces for different activities. Hot tub and ping pong table, etc. are big pluses. Would stay here again!

We always struggle to find a home that will accommodate our family as far as size, number of bedrooms and every couple wants a king size bed. This house checked all the boxes. We had 3 families stay in the home and there was room for everyone. Great back deck for early mornings and evenings. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times and the kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We love Black Butte and this has become our favorite house for the group size we vacation with. Couldn't think of anything we needed or wished for. Thanks for a great trip!

This property has 3 great king size beds and a great trundle and double twin set up upstairs. We have 4 kids and this house was great. I have been coming to BBR since I was an infant and we love the ranch. Thanks for the great stay

The house was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Location is easy to get to and quiet. The only comment would be for Vacasa to use non perfumed laundry detergent as towels had strong perfume smell. Otherwise great stay !!

the house was not clean upon arrival. we had to change two king beds sheets that were dirty with black hair on them. You should refund me a nights stay at minimum and you should have a discussion with your cleaning crew

We loved our stay at this home and were extremely impressed with how well-stocked and prepared this how was for their guests! We enjoyed beautiful dinners on the wrap around back patio, slept soundly in the cozy king-sized beds, and enjoyed exploring around the BBR surrounding areas. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
