"Hello, We had booked the hotel via Expedia and arrive at Chandigarh Airport at 9pm, we spoke to hotel staff and arrived to the hotel, but when we reached at the hotel, we came to know that there were no rooms available for us. "There was a banquet hall below the room which was constantly filled up with guests. Also the music was loud and it was very disturbing. Especially being an international traveller it was extremely inconvenient and we could not rest due to jet lag. Hygiene was another issue here because the bed sheets and pillow were dirty too."

"Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special. "
