The Rose

The Rose is an apartment located in the heart of Sitges on the third floor of a building with an elevator and private parking.

It's an ideally sized apartment, for up to 4 people, and has everything you need for a great holiday.

The apartment is on a corner and has 2 very comfortable terraces overlooking the street and spacious enough to have breakfast, dinner or simply relax reading a book.

It has a double room with bunk beds, another room with two double beds of 100x190 convertible into a double of 200x190 with direct access to the terrace overlooking the main street.

It has a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is small but fully equipped and opens onto a second balcony overlooking the side street. This balcony includes a washing machine and dishwasher.

The living room has air conditioning, a TV, a sofa, and a table and chairs for four people. The living room opens onto the same terrace as the master bedroom.

There is also a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of the building's residents, which is accessed from the street.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from Sitges train station.

It is a highly recommended apartment for spending holidays with family or friends.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
