"Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and well stocked and organised. The hair dryer and steamer were high quality. The pool area is beautifully decorated. Loungers are limited and fully taken by 1130. The DJ and saxophone artists were excellent. Breakfast buffet has good selection and was fresh and good quality. Coffee machine rather than espresso machine with barista but acceptable. The Al a carte restaurant was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was very basic and Salty."

"It was very beautiful. The staff were wonderful and respectful. Location is great especially if you have a renter car. We were 10 minutes from lovely waterfront restaurants and the center of town. It is a quiet town. It’s lighted up at night time. We will definitely be back."

"Fantastic stay, lovely staff, great breakfast buffet, great location and easy walk in to town or a quick cab. Very relaxing stay in beautiful grounds. Views from our room across the bay were amazing. Will definitely return."

"Lovely little room, very clean. Air conditioner worked very well and the water pressure in the shower as excellent. All the staff (from front desk to cleaning) were very friendly, helpful and personable, especially Tanya who enjoyed sharing all about Sitia."

"The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous. We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place. Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!"
