Great place to stay on the east side of Crete

We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day. One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon. The patio facing the water was very nice. Many people were sitting outside enjoying the sound of the waves and the breeze.

Good if you want just a simple room.

Always, you enjoy what you pay for. In this motel-type property, run by the owners, you find the simplest possible room. Probably it should be cheaper to be consistent with money-for-value. The good points is its vicinity to the sea front and the town of Sitia. Other than that, it was clean and friendly.

Very nice clean and comfortable for a very good price, right across the street from the ocean. The only improvement I could recommend is get some shower curtains that are about 2 inches longer. The one in our room was too short to contain water in the shower stall, so the bathroom floor got all wet. But other than that, everything was great!

Séjour triste dans un hôtel vétuste. Situé au bord d'une route passante avec une plage inconfortable de l'autre côté .Loin du village. Sitia was not over favourite city on our Journey around the island but if you should stay in Sitia and you have a car this is the Place. Charming place with a garden with fruit trees. Try to get a garden view room. Ocean view has a road in front. The Beach are ok. We didn't stay on the beach. Clean room. Not so big. Nice host.

Helt grei plassering, kunne vært meget bra med litt innsats utenfor og innvendig. Litt langt fra sentrum, men det var vi klar over. Med bedre rehold inne og ute samt trengende oppussing kan dette stedet bli meget bra. Grei mottakelse og hyggelig vertskap.

Hotel Petras Beach

In diesem kleinen Hotel haben wir wundervolle ruhige Tage verbracht. Es liegt direkt am Meer und ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Ostseite Kreta's bestens geeignet. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und nett, jeden Morgen gab es ein sehr grosszügiges Frühstück direkt an den Tisch oder auf Wunsch auch auf die Terrasse. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und an frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche hat es nie gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel nur jeden empfehlen!!

Very good experience!

The owner was extremely kind and available. The room was simple but with all comforts and with new furniture. A very good point is renewed bathroom. That's a real greek hotel, simple, genuine, quite, in a wonderful place! =)

Sistemazione un po' spartana

Piccola pensioncina alla periferia di Sitia, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Vai e le numerose altre belle spiagge della costa orientale di Creta. La gestione familiare è molto cortese e premurosa, con una piccola colazione certamente non all'altezza di un albergo, ma che si sforza di essere dignitosa. Le camere, tutte a piano terra, sono spartane ma decorose. L'aspetto complessivamente più limitativo riguarda il bagno, che necessiterebbe sicuramente di un ammodernamento rispetto al suo stile anni '70. Se la proprietà avvesse disponibilità economica, basterebbe poco per dare un aspetto migliore: svecchiare un po' i sanitari, un miscelatore al posto dei due anacronistici rubinetti per acqua calda e fredda e una cabina doccia, o quanto meno una tenda: ogni volta che si fa la doccia si allaga tutto il bagno!

tranquillo hotel fuori dal centro e vicino al mre

hotel gradevole adatto a chi cerca l'essenziale rimanendo nelle vicinanze del centro abitato godendo di una discreta tranquillità. la gestione è familiare, il prorietario molto cortese e sempre disponibile per mettere a loro agio gli ospiti. la colazione è molto varia e abbondante e può essere variata a richiesta.

Très bien.

Très belle hôtel à 10 m de la mère. Une route sépare l'hôtel à la mer. Les chambres son propres et fonctionnelles. Moustiquaire, volet, terrasse. Douche sans rideau (très souvent pratiqué en Crete). Très bon petit déjeuner.
