There is a sleeping alcove equipped with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Additionally, there is a room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).

The apartment comes with a kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Electric heating is available for your comfort. Outside, you will have access to a 7 square meter terrace that is roofed and faces a south-west position, offering beautiful views of the sea. The terrace is equipped with furniture for your convenience. Internet (WiFi, extra) is provided, and you will have a reserved parking space n 470 (Niveau P1) (roofed), with a height of 180 cm and a width of 250 cm.
