"I should’ve known the room was going to be uncomfortable and dingy when I seen the big “no refund” sign on the computer. I asked the lady at desk why is the sign there? I said are the rooms bad? She said no. Sure enough went in rooms were very old. And outdated, fine we were only staying one night. Went in restroom, tub was full of hairs. At that point unacceptable, told the lady at desk my room was changed. The new room still outdated wires hanging out the restroom wall. Breakfast the lady...

"I made a reservation, and when I got there, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Also, while I was waiting in line, a customer asked to be moved to another room because of mold in the one he was given. Unless you like this type of service, you can stay at this hotel."
