    The Space:

    Note: The property accepts 7 day bookings from Saturday-Saturday and Short term breaks made within 14 days of the arrival date between April and October. Town Cottage is a stone-built, terraced cottage set in a courtyard setting less than a minute's walk away from the high street, in the historic Yorkshire Dales town of Skipton. With one king size and a bathroom, this cottage can sleep two people. There is a kitchen and a living/dining room with a log burner. Outside the cottage is a small front patio area with garden furniture, while off-road parking is available for one car. Conveniently located near to all of the town's amenities, yet perfect for discovering the delights of the Yorkshire Dales, Town Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a couple wanting a romantic retreat away from it all. Please note: this property has a three-night minimum restriction from 1st Nov through to 1 Apri and the remaining months accept only a 7-night Saturday to Saturday booking.

    Skipton is well placed for visiting all that the Yorkshire Dales has to offer, whilst York, the Lake District and the West Coast are also within easy motoring distance. This market town has much to interest visitors, boasting an ancient castle open to the public, a beautiful old parish church and a market occupying the cobble sets each side of the high street. Enjoy a canal trip on a traditional barge or visit Embsay Steam Railway, which has regular steam train excursions at the weekend and is only one mile away.
