"Had to book another hotel the first night as the hotel hadn't activated our key and we were checking in after hours. They did not have any phone lines open so we had to pay to stay down the road. They did nothing to investigate the problem whilst we were there. Also the AC does not work at all in the room, so whilst it was 25C outside, we were unable to stay cool in the room. 1/10, do not recommend staying here if you have other options."

"After a long Trans-Atlantic flight, the last thing you want is to figure out the complicated light switches in a hotel room ( Junior Suite). The ones by the entrance door were not working at all. If they cannot offer room tours to customers in a 300+ rooms hotel, they should at least post a list with brief instructions on the wall. Even the hotel employee who came over to " help" was not sure how to operate the 20 light switches and modes. It was a bad start in an otherwise ok hotel. Breakfast was really nice and the bed was comfortable. High quality bed sheets. The amenities were excellent, but some employees were not so hospitable."

"Excellent stay. The hotel is super centric, next to the metro and the train station, so very convienient to arrive from the airport. We got the cozy room, which is small, but the bed was super confortable and the bathroom is big enough. The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderfull, it has everything you can imagine, so highly recommended if you enjoy having your breakfast at hotels. Super nice staff too, and very cool ambiance. Highly recommened."

"The property is very clean and in a great location. Very easy walk to many sites and restaurants. The staff member on site was quick and helpful. We really appreciated the laundry room. The value for the price is great. But it is very weird not having a hotel room with windows. The room was very very small, so small we had to get creative on where to even put our luggage down."
