"The room was very clean with 4 giant very nice soft pillows. You would have thought it was a much more expensive hotel room. The staff was friendly above and beyond expectations as I stayed there 4 nights. I was visiting in Butler but ended up driving 26 miles every night because of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. "Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. "

"The staff deserves five gold stars. Everyone was friendly and very helpful - when our fridge wasn’t working, maintenance had it swapped out within 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious - kudos to Sara! Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant. "
