"First room I was given, key didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk where they provided me with a new key. Back up to the 3rd floor and the family already staying in that room were woken by guests they were not expecting. The front desk had assigned me a room that was already occupied! Not a pleasant experience for either party at 2am! "

"hole in closet to the bathroom with jetted tub. The room needs to be remodeled badly and not all jets in tub worked. Wifi kept cutting in and out. Phone had no cord to connect to the wall and some lights didnt work. Blankets had stains."

"Beautiful, clean home and view! My husband and I visited KY for his birthday on the Bourbon Trail and had a wonderful time here. We visited Heaven Hill and Maker’s Mark, and enjoyed the hot tub and great view off the deck! Would recommend! "

"This is one of the best Vrbo’s we’ve stayed at. The communication with the host was quick and exceptional. When we arrived the house was exactly as it was advertised. It was easy to find and impeccably clean. I had mentioned to Crystal that it was our anniversary weekend and she went out of her way to decorate for Valentines Day and she even surprised us with flowers. How many hosts do you know that have ever done that? The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with anything and everything, I didn’t even need to unpack our toiletries. Kitchen has everything you need to feel like home and cook up a meal or make a coffee at the coffee bar in the morning. We fed the horses in the morning who were literally right outside our back door when we woke up. We will definitely be back. Great place, book it- don’t even hesitate. "
